1. The service
Sloth Studio sells a license for MoveLab, a desktop app that helps you create walking sprite sheets from a character image. The app runs on your computer. Image and video generation is performed by third-party models through OpenRouter using your own API key.
2. Your license
Your license key lets you use MoveLab on machines you own or control. Keys are portable between your machines. Do not share, resell or publish a key. We may revoke a key that is shared, resold or obtained by a payment that is reversed or found invalid.
3. Price and payment
The early adopter license is sold through itch.io, which takes the payment; the price is shown on the itch.io page and is paid once. Seats are limited and the price may change or end without notice. Your license is issued when you paste the download page link from your itch.io purchase into the app. Licenses bought earlier by PromptPay stay valid.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund what you paid, provided the license has been used no more than 5 times (each job run counts as one use). A refund ends the license and we revoke the key. After 7 days, or after more than 5 uses, payments are final. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
5. Bring your own key
You are responsible for your OpenRouter account, its charges and its terms. Sloth Studio does not receive, store or bill for your OpenRouter usage. The API key is saved on your computer only.
6. Updates
The version you buy is the version you are entitled to. Because the developer uses MoveLab too, it is likely to be developed further, and we may release free updates, but we do not promise any update, particular feature, release date or support response time.
7. Your output and acceptable use
You are responsible for the images and videos you generate and for having the right to use your reference images. Follow the law and the terms of OpenRouter and the model providers. Do not use MoveLab for anything illegal. We may revoke a license for abuse.
8. Privacy
itch.io handles your payment; we never see your card or bank details. To issue and support the license we receive from itch.io your purchase's download key and, if you have one, your itch.io username, and we record the machine ID the app sends when it checks or activates a license. If you bought earlier by PromptPay, we keep the email and receipt image you sent only as long as needed to verify that payment and for our accounts. We do not sell your data. The website uses privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.
9. Warranty and liability
MoveLab is provided as is, without warranty that generated results will meet your needs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
